Have an idea and wonder how to turn it into a real company? In this free 75-minute online session, we will walk through how founders anywhere can start a US company with Stripe Atlas.

Together, we will cover what Atlas does: forming a Delaware company, getting a US tax ID, issuing founder equity, and filing an 83(b) election. We will also touch on managing your funds and getting ready to fundraise.

Bring a company idea or simply a question. No prior experience is required, and this session is open to everyone. You will leave with a clearer picture of how incorporation works and where to start.

Attendees can receive a Stripe-provided discount code for 20 percent off the Stripe Atlas incorporation fee, valid through December 31, 2026. Applying is optional, and you are welcome to join just to learn.
