BEYOND BARRIERS
Women Building the Future Through Technology & Entrepreneurship
Event Description
Beyond Barriers is a Stripe Community event designed to inspire, equip, and empower more women to explore opportunities in technology, entrepreneurship, and the digital economy.
As technology continues to reshape industries, create new career paths, and transform how businesses operate, women must be part of the conversations, innovations, and opportunities shaping the future.
This event will bring together female founders, technology professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and aspiring innovators to share experiences, explore opportunities, and discuss practical ways women can participate in and thrive within the evolving technology and business ecosystem.
Through engaging keynote presentations, insightful panel discussions, and practical learning sessions, participants will explore how to break into the technology industry, transition into tech careers, turn ideas into sustainable businesses, leverage emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, and use digital tools to build, manage, and scale businesses.
The conversations will also address some of the challenges women encounter when pursuing careers and entrepreneurial opportunities, including access to mentorship, funding, professional networks, leadership opportunities, and the confidence to navigate traditionally male-dominated industries.
Beyond the conversations, the event aims to create meaningful connections between women at different stages of their professional journeys, providing an environment where ideas can be exchanged, experiences shared, and new opportunities discovered.
