Jessica Valenzuela is the co-founder of Mowie , brand-fluent marketing AI for consumer brands, where she runs go-to-market end to end — demand gen, brand, partnerships, and community. She's a non-technical founder who ships: 59,000+ lines of code built with Claude as her team, and Scout GTM , a free multi-agent GTM-planning tool she built in six hours at her first hackathon. As a Stripe Community Builder for Agentic Marketing, she fills rooms with builders and consumer-brand leaders. Before Mowie, she co-founded GoGoGuest, earning recognition as a Top Woman in Restaurant Technology and a NASDAQ Milestone Maker.

Melanie Hubbert is co-owner of Cold Water Brewery & Grill in South Lake Tahoe, where she and her husband Kevin run a longtime neighborhood brewpub and raise their two children. Her path to ownership ran through 13 years at Maverick's Event Center — the oceanfront Half Moon Bay venue operated by the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company — where she climbed from event coordinator to Director of Events, producing everything from weddings and conferences to beer-pairing dinners. That history makes her a natural host for Brews & Bites: someone whose entire career has lived at the intersection of beer and events, now running her own room. She's also a Mowie design partner, helping shape how brand-fluent AI shows up for consumer brands like hers.
