Let’s start with a fun activity to help everyone get to know each other! For Nice Names, all you need to do is choose an adjective that starts with the same letter as your first name. Then introduce yourself using your new “Nice Name.”

In the first step, everyone takes a few minutes to write down who they are and what they are looking for in a potential co-founder.

Use the paper to introduce yourself briefly: your background, your skills, your idea or area of interest, and what kind of person you would like to build something with.

This helps everyone get a clear first impression and makes it easier to find people with matching goals, complementary skills, and similar expectations.

In the second step, we move into short speed-dating rounds at the tables.

Each person has one minute to introduce themselves, explain what they are working on or interested in, and share what kind of co-founder they are looking for.

After each round, participants rotate to the next table or person. This way, everyone gets the chance to meet several potential co-founders in a short amount of time, exchange first impressions, and identify promising matches for deeper conversations later.

After the matching rounds, we continue with an open networking session.

This is the time to relax, grab some food and drinks, and continue the conversations that started during the co-founder matching. Participants can connect more deeply, exchange contact details, discuss ideas, and explore potential collaborations in a casual atmosphere.
