Welcome to the First Online Event from Stripe Community Antwerp

This is the founding moment of a global conversation.

Stripe Community Antwerp brings together AI builders, founders, engineers, and operators working in agentic systems, automation, and payments—whether you're in Antwerp, across Europe, or anywhere in the world—to share what's working, learn from each other's actual experiences, and figure out what comes next together.

We kicked off with an exclusive in-person gathering in Antwerp. This first online meetup is open to the world. We'll introduce ourselves, set the direction for this community together, and dive into the conversation that defines AI's next layer: the Agent-to-Human protocol.

No long presentations. Just a real conversation with Renatto Garro (Field CTO at Google Cloud, creator of A2H at Nebulai) and builders figuring out the same thing you are: How do we build AI systems where humans and agents work together without breaking trust?

Last year in Miami, I showed builders how AI agents could plug into tools through MCP and move real money via the Stripe AI Agent Toolkit. That raised the obvious question: What happens at the moments an agent shouldn't decide alone?

That's what we're launching with.

Today's agents stop at uncertainty. Tomorrow's won't—they'll spot where human judgment is needed, find the right person, hand over full context, get a decision, and resume. It works both directions. Humans stay in the loop, steering and correcting agents in real time.

That's the Agent-to-Human (A2H) protocol—the missing layer between autonomous agents and real enterprise work.

Expect a live walkthrough and a working demo: an agent receives a complex request, spots where human judgment is needed, brings in a verified expert, validates the result, triggers payment, and continues—with a human in the loop the entire way.
